Plain Rice Pasta

This is a rice flour pasta made using only "Hitomebore" rice from Miyagi Prefecture and "potato starch" from Hokkaido.

As it does not contain any of the 28 specified allergens, even those with food allergies can enjoy it with peace of mind.

Of course, no food additives are used.

Boil the pasta in plenty of hot water, gently separating them, for 4 to 5 minutes or until they reach your preferred firmness.

Drain the water and enjoy with your favorite pasta sauce.
