Our Genovese uses fragrant fresh basil from Oita and cheese from Hokkaido. Our Bolognese features Olive Beef and Olive Dream Pork from Kagawa, raised on fruit-based feed. We never compromise on ingredients — crafting every dish to be surprisingly delicious, even from frozen.

No additives of any kind

So that even young children and those with allergy concerns can enjoy our pasta with peace of mind, we use no food additives such as preservatives or colorings. A gentle, wholesome pasta that lets the natural flavor of each ingredient shine.

100% domestic Japanese rice flour

All rice flour is made from 100% domestically grown Japanese rice. Our rice noodles are made solely from Hitomebore rice from Miyagi Prefecture and potato starch from Hokkaido. We also avoid wheat in our seasonings, keeping ingredients as simple as possible.

Enjoyed with confidence

Gluten has not been detected in random sampling tests of our frozen rice pasta. No wheat is used in any of our ingredients, making this a product that many people can enjoy with confidence.
