In addition to yuzu powder, we've added some coarsely ground yuzu peel, so you can enjoy the yuzu flavor even more than before.

Boil the noodles in plenty of water, loosening them as they cook, for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until your desired firmness.
The ingredients are only carefully selected domestic rice, potato starch, and yuzu peel. No additives such as modified starch are used.
