Simply microwave for 3 minutes and it's ready to eat.
Q3. Is it easy to eat? Is it hard?
The noodles have a pleasantly chewy texture and are easy to eat. We've carefully crafted them to minimize the graininess and firmness typical of rice flour, achieving a balance of softness and just the right amount of bite.
For rice noodles, if you prefer a softer texture, simply boil them a little longer than the recommended time.
Q4. How long is the shelf life?
Frozen rice pasta is delivered with a best-before date of at least 60 days.
Rice noodles are delivered with at least 30 days remaining.

Our frozen rice pasta comes in two sauce options: Bolognese and Genovese.
The noodles are also available in two varieties: white rice noodles and brown rice noodles, each with a slightly different texture and flavor.
