These rice flour pasta are made using only "Hitomebore" rice from Miyagi Prefecture, potato starch from Hokkaido, and matcha from Aichi Prefecture.

Free from the 28 specified allergens, they can be safely enjoyed by people with food allergies.
They also contain no food additives.

Certified with FSSC22000 food safety and Organic JAS.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water for 2-3 minutes, or until desired tenderness, gently separating them.

Drain the water and enjoy with your favorite pasta sauce, or with red beans, ice cream, etc.
