Shipping to Singapore
Orders are shipped from Japan. Customers can choose between Standard Shipping and EMS Express at checkout.
Processing and Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 9–12 business days
- EMS Express: 3–5 business days
The estimated delivery times include order processing and packing. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier circumstances.

Standard Shipping
- Up to 1 kg: S$16
- Over 1 kg and up to 2 kg: S$26
- Over 2 kg and up to 3 kg: S$41
- Over 3 kg and up to 5 kg: S$61
EMS Express
- Up to 1 kg: S$27
- Over 1 kg and up to 2 kg: S$38
- Over 2 kg and up to 3 kg: S$48
- Over 3 kg and up to 5 kg: S$68
Orders weighing more than 5 kg cannot be shipped through our online checkout.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed in Singapore are the customer’s responsibility unless they are collected at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the package was not claimed, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
